David recently retired as a Second Vice President in the Corporate Finance Department at Travelers Insurance Company. He currently provides consulting services for TriTech Corporation located in Allen,Texas. He holds an MA in Economics from the University of Hartford and a BA in Economics from Providence College.
David has served on several insurance industry boards in Florida, Illinois and Texas. He is interested in the ever-evolving gambling environment in Connecticut and its implications on the public. Additionally, David volunteers at Healing Meals, Connecticut Stand Down for Veterans Day and the Travelers Championship.
With a dual degree in law and social work, Tina worked as a staff attorney at the Hartford Probate Court for fifteen years, focusing on children’s matters and guardians of adults. She then practiced for ten years in the area of probate and elder law. She has a BA in American Studies from Tufts University. At several conferences in the 1990s, Tina presented on problem gambling and the needs of affected family members.
Senior Manager - Corporate Accounting, Raytheon Technologies
Alex is a business professional with over 8 years of experience working in the public & private accounting sectors. Currently, Alex holds the position of Senior Manager in the Corporate Accounting Department at Raytheon Technologies, a Fortune 500 Company. At Raytheon, Alex manages the financial operations activity held at the corporate-level as well as the equity compensation accounting for the Company as a whole. Previously, Alex worked for the national public accounting firm, CohnReznick LLP. In his 8 years at CohnReznick, Alex transitioned from associate to manager within the assurance practice with areas of expertise in manufacturing & distribution, consumer & retail and sanitation service companies.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Bryant University and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. Additionally, Alex is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner in the State of Connecticut.
Alex is also a member of various accounting organizations such as the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Jennifer is an Assistant Attorney General with the Child Protection Section. Prior to becoming an AAG, Jennifer worked for many years in both private practice and as a public defender. She has been a practicing attorney since 2004, and also holds a MSW. Jennifer is on staff at West Hartford Yoga, and has been a yoga teacher since 2011. She is thrilled to be able to offer Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher Training yearly at the studio.

Greg is a Consultant at Fiducient Advisors. His focus is on defined contribution retirement plans, both corporate and tax-exempt. He is proficient in 401(k), 457(b), 401(a), 403(b) and non-qualified plan consulting. Greg has significant experience building, designing, and managing plans in the defined contribution markets. Before joining FIA, he worked in both institutional and individual wealth management helping to create positive retirement outcomes for plan sponsors and plan participants. Greg also has experience in insurance, tax, and estate planning. Greg has earned the Chartered Financial Consultant designation from the American College. In his spare time Greg enjoys spending time with his family, surfing in Rhode Island, kayaking, and biking.
Psychologist, Norwich Vet Center
Willie has worked as a Psychologist with the Norwich Vet Center (an agency of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs) for 11 years, serving veterans and their family members. This was preceded by over 25 years as a contractor with the VA’s Readjustment Counseling Service. He has served as the CCPG Board President for the past 15 years. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Yale University. Willie is an original member of the Problem Gambling Task Force of Southeastern CT, a member of the American Psychological Association, and former Board President of the New England Institute of Addiction Studies. He also founded the former Care Center, which at one time was the largest outpatient substance abuse care provider in Southeastern Connecticut.

Aaron is a Military Veteran, experienced administrator, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a demonstrated history of working with individuals and families in a variety of mental health agencies. Skill, experience, and expertise in Veteran Services, Clinical, Administration, Management, Training, and Operations. Strong community and social services professional with a Masters in Social Work (MSW) focused in Social Work Administration from The University of Connecticut School of Social Work. Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut.
Tom recently retired after 18+ years, and working more than 30,000 hours, on the casino floor at Mohegan Sun. His secondary focus included redefining customer experiences, related organizational improvements, and advancing critical training methods. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University, with additional emphasis in Organizational Behavior, Labor Relations, and Business Communications Strategies. Tom’s early years include 20+ years managing High Tech computing solutions for major resellers and OEM manufacturers, as well as Business Partner Executive for a CT Top 50 Technology online medical software company. He comes from a musical family as both a song writer and keyboard performer, and was a national level competitor in sports, including both Kayaking and Canoeing. His interests include creative endeavors with new inventions and innovations. Tom is looking forward to sharing his unique insights from the world of gambling, to better understand and help those in need.
